Tui Na

Tui Na (pronounced "twee naw") is a style of massage based on acupressure and an understanding of how the meridians relate to overall health and balance. Tui means “to push” and na means “to grab or squeeze.”  Rhythmic compression is applied to certain points in the body and can be used to remove blockages, keep energy flowing, remove discomfort, and deeply heal. It is relaxing, as well as energizing. It can be used to help address specific pain issues, as well as enhance overall energy flow and balance of physical and mental wellness, without the use of harmful drugs and side effects.

Tui Na is ideal for those recovering from injuries, athletes who train hard and those who suffer from chronic tension in the muscles.
