My goal is to promote health and wellness using massage therapy techniques to assist with healing and relaxation.

Every body type can benefit from regular massage. It is not only relaxing but can also assist in relieving muscle pain, improve range of motion, boost immunity, improve circulation, and numerous other health benefits.

Jonathan is an expert level John F. Barnes MyoFascial Release® therapist with a strong background in athletic performance, and high level competition, and psychology. Jonathan attended the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated at the top of his class and became a licensed massage therapy practitioner. He quickly understood current massage therapy methods did not achieve the results he had hoped for with his clients. The search for a better way began. He was serendipitously rewarded when he found John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy. 

Through that training, he discovered the most authentic and effective form of manual therapy. Jonathan is very passionate about expanding upon his knowledge and skills and continues to train under John F. Barnes by attending MFR seminars each year. Jonathan is very in tune with the needs of the body and strives to use those skills in following those cues throughout the fascial system. Jonathan believes that to properly treat a client, one must view the body as a whole. Therefore, a holistic approach to therapy is imperative. As a highly trained long-distance runner, Ironman triathlete, cyclist, and swimmer, Jonathan enjoys helping others achieve their maximum potential in everyday living, and athletic performance.

Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release uses specific sustained gentle pressure techniques into the fascia to open and heal the connective tissue surrounding your muscles (fascia). It helps your body heal properly from injuries and can greatly restore range of motion throughout the body.

Sports Massage
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles and those into running cycling, cross-fit, weight training, and other activities.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage offers a wide range of massage therapy technics including trigger point therapy, muscle cross-fiber friction, deep tissue, stretching, active and passive muscle release, percussion, electro-stim, and Graston (scraping) therapy technics.

Swedish/Wellness Massage
Massage therapy utilizes smooth, gliding strokes. Wellness massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress, help with lymph drainage and allow you to reach a calm state of deep relaxation.
