Creation & Balance

90 min - $25. This is a guided art, meditation and movement class. Starting seated we will take a few moments to explore breath. Then moving into our corresponding pose and guided meditation. From there we will move into the art portion of class. All art supplies will be provided. Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat and a blanket if you would like for the meditation portion.

Yoga Fundamentals

60 min - $20. Gentle Flow Yoga focusing on developing solid fundamentals for Yogis of all ages and abilities. Here we will learn basic dynamics of movement and breath as well as how to go into proper forms with and without the use of modifications and props.

Yin Yoga

60 min - $20. Slower paced class with very few poses due to longer holds in the pose, anywhere from five to ten minutes. This class can be restorative and healing working with meridians, breath and fascial tissues. Creating deep release and easing into movement.

Flow Yoga

60 min - $20. All levels are welcome. Engage in various poses with and without props. Faster-paced movement building strength, balance, and flexibility.

Meditation Class

30 min - $20. Open and end your practice with meditation. This class will have very gentle movement. Learn about breath and how to marry it with your movement while creating space for yourself in meditations. Journey on many forms of meditations.

Morning Rise Flow Class

60 min - $20. Get your body moving and mind prepped for your day. Includes various styles of meditations, breathing, and movement to build strength and flexibility while setting a positive start for your day.
